By manually approving each new profile, monitoring the activity on the site and giving our customers the means report a profile or message to the moderators at the click of a button, we will do everything we reasonably can to prevent non-genuine users such as advertisers, fraudsters or outside agencies from targeting MatchAffinity members.
We will always make it clear which services are available for free and which need to be paid for, with no hidden extra costs. All prices will be clearly displayed on the subscription page.
We will pick our advertising partners with care. As far as possible, we will avoid making any online or offline advertising agreements with any company that we consider could lower the tone of the site or offend our members.

We will be here for you if you have any problems with another member on MatchAffinity. We give you the means to report any member who is causing a problem, and to block them from contacting you again on the site. We will investigate all problems reported, and take any action we consider appropriate against the offending member.
