I cannot find a members profile from an alert I received

When a member visits your profile, sends you a message or adds you to their favorites the site will automatically send you an alert to your personal inbox. It can happen that a members profile
has been deactivated in between the alert being sent and you opening it. In this case unfortunately you can no longer access the message as the profile no longer exists.

When a member closes their account, all of their personal information (personal ad, photo, sent/received messages) is deleted from the website automatically.

It can also happen that our moderation team has closed the account of a member who is not respecting the term of service. This is done both for your security and the security of the other
members on the website.
